LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday unveiled the eagerly anticipated list of foreign players who registered for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 draft.

As excitement builds for one of the most thrilling T20 leagues in the world, PSL's 10th season promises to be a star-studded affair.

The historic draft will take place in Gwadar, Balochistan, on January 11.

This marks the first time the draft will be hosted in the scenic coastal city, adding another exciting dimension to the event.

The draft is set to witness some of the biggest names in world cricket, with foreign players from various cricketing nations vying for a spot in the league's coveted franchises.

According to the draft pick order, Lahore Qalandars, the two-time PSL champions, will make the first pick in the opening round of the platinum category, followed by their arch-rivals, Karachi Kings.

The third pick will go to the 2019 PSL champions Quetta Gladiators, with Peshawar Zalmi following in the fourth spot.

Last season's runners-up, Multan Sultans, will make the fifth pick, while the reigning champions, Islamabad United, will select sixth.

A number of cricketing superstars have registered for the PSL 2025 draft, including players from Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the USA, the West Indies and Zimbabwe.

Moreover, the cricket board also announced the player retentions for the upcoming draft.
